The way that Dr. Stephanie Daniel works with patients differs considerably from the conventional medical model you may be accustomed to. Please read the following information thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the process.

PHASE 1  New Patient Intake & First Follow-up:Plan Implementation

The New Patient Intake appointment is the first step for all new patients. The intake process is designed to save money and time in the long-run by obtaining a full history and assessment and ordering of necessary diagnostic testing for evaluation before your fully personalized treatment plan is implemented. Identifying the underlying root cause of your symptoms will help us formulate a plan to bring you the results you desire.

The New Patient Intake serves several purposes. It enables Dr. Daniel to more accurately estimate how long your treatment program will last, what it will include and an estimation of cost. It gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have about your condition and what you should expect, and it provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if our clinic will be a good fit for you over the long-term.

PHASE 2   Tracking Progress

After your first 2 appointments, we'll be tracking your progress as you work through the plan provided that is engaging your body's self-healing mechanisms. Each step of the way is designed to keep you on track to achieving your desired goals as efficiently as possible.

We are a results-oriented practice and know that when patients keep the momentum going, they can and will get better. We're here to provide necessary reassessment with follow-up testing, support for trouble shooting challenges and feedback on when a part of the process is completing and you are ready to move into the completion and maintenance phase.
